Here is the news. -Mark Henry may undergo orthosocpic surgery on both of his knees later this week, which means both are really bad. He already had both of them examined with MRIs. It doesn't look like Henry will be able to make his WrestleMania XV match. (Jim Ross) -Giant Silva will start working dates in Mexico. He'll work a weekly schedule over there, and will receive more training to improve his skills. (Jim Ross) -WWF.COM announced that the WrestleMania Rage Party at the Convention Center in Philadelphia will be broadcasted live on the USA Network on 10:00pm EST. The date of the party is 3/26 -Sable will appear on FX's Penn and Teller on 3/5 at 10:00pm EST. Pamela Anderson will also be on the show. Sable, will make an appearance on the Howard Stern Radio Show this Friday, March 5 at 7:30am EST, as well. (Joe De Leon) -Last Friday's Nash Bridges, starring Steve Austin got a 9.8 rating (Frank Rios) -In Philadelphia, on Channel 48 (WGTW), from 12:00-1:00pm on Saturdays, there is a show called WWF Road to WrestleMania XV. It has stuff about Wrestlemania and the Road Rage Party ([email protected]) -Mick Foley is having knee problems most likely caused by a lose screw that was placed in his knee years ago. (Jim Ross) -Rocco Rock of Public Enemy will probably have a name change very soon. It is too similar to The Rock, they think. (Jim Ross) -Kurt Angle, up and coming superstar and former Olympist, will be on NBC's Weekend Today Show on 3/28, which is the same day as WrestleMania 15. He will also debut at the RAW Tapings on Tuesday. We will have results in the Friday issue. (Jim Ross) -Paul Wight signed a 10-year contract with WWF. Money figures aren't known at this time, but one can imagine they are pretty high. (Dave Meltzer) -The people from USA told WWF executives that if RAW can get a 5.0 rating for the next 5 weeks, USA will consider making RAW a three hour show. (Tom Quinones) -WWF: Attitude Video Game Tentative Release Dates *N64 version to be released 6/30/99 *PSX version to be released 5/29/99 *Gameboy version to be released 4/21/99 -When Steven Regal returns, he will probably get a new gimmick. Something that probably would fit him well, and that is an obnoxious, snooty, English King similar to his Lord Steven Regal gimmick in the WCW. DEATH FINISH OFF BART GUNN -MANKIND QUALIFIED TO BE THE 2ND REFEREE IN THE MAIN EVENT AT WRESTLEMANIA BY BEATING THE UNDERTAKER BY COUNT OUT WHEN THE UNDERTAKER CHASED MCMAHON. -THE ROCK RETAINED HIS TITLE OVER THE ROAD DOG WHEN HE HIT THE ROCK BOTTOM AND PEOPLES ELBOW (YES NO INTERFERENCE) -THE MAIN EVENT FEATURED KANE VS. They might be launching up to 20 themed restaurants domestically, and perhaps an additional 15 internationally. The first one may appear in New York City. (Bob Ryder) -Meltzer says the deal of the WWF signing Paul Wight was actually set in December 1996. Brian Wickens (Luke of The Bushwackers) was the man to go in-between to avoid contract tampering, to help set up Wight's agent Jim Strausser with Vince McMahon. Wight told McMahon that Strausser had the right to negotiate with him, saying it would avoid tampering. The sides then agreed to a 10-year-deal with at least $1,000,000 per year for Wight, and that is exactly what Wight has signed. Meltzer says the only part Hollywood Hogan played in the deal was persuading Wight to go to McMahon, when Wight was about to change his mind, because McMahon could make Wight a bigger star. Most would speculate Hogan only told Wight that because it would be best for himself (Hogan). Hogan definitely wanted Wight to take the 10-year-deal, because if Wight signed a shorter deal, he could always have time to jump back to WCW, which would endanger Hogan's power. -Terry Taylor's announcing position on Sunday Night Heat is only temporary, until Shane McMahon finishes up his wrestling match with X-Pac (Joe De Leon) -Jimmy Hart may be coming back to WWF. Then, McMahon could go on getting rid of EVERY member of the corporation until only Paul Wight is left! But could there be another "marvelous" man to join? I guess we will just have to wait and see! � This could be a possible card line-up for WrestleMania XV: - The Rock vs. SCSA with Mankind and Paul Wight as the special REFS - Bad Ass Billy Gunn vs. Ken Shamrock vs. Val Venis for IC Title - Sable vs. Luna for Women's Title - Triple H vs. Kane - Shane McMahon vs. X-Pac For The European Title - Bart Gunn vs. Butterbean - The Undertaker vs. Big Boss Man in a Hell In A Cell Match � Look for Jim Ross to start maknig a small little team of his own to get revenge on a few people. If you remember awhile baqck, JR had brought in a fake Razor Ramon and a fake Diesel...well, he should be doing that agian. � Look for a no DQ triple threat match coming up at WCW/nWo Un-Censored PPV. It should be between Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Raven vs. Hardcore Hak! � Look for WCW to cut down more on all the cursing and "bad talk" in their shows. They want to be the opposite of the WWF and not be classified as an "adult" show! � Look for Macho Man Randy Savage to return EARLIER then expected. Look for him to return in early March! � Look for Bret Hart to start maknig a "gang" (or a new stable), sort of like the Hart Foundation. Since he is worknig his way back to main event status, he thinks it would be best to lead a group of his own. They might even fued with the nWo! There is no word yet on any future joiners of this group. *** The WWF has been thinking to MAKE the Hardcore Tag Titles that have long been talked about and make Public Enemy win them. These new titles can BOOST the WWF ratings. *** Look for MANY new lightweights and cruiserweights to enter the WWF, perhaps after WM15. The WWF wants to continue to build up their lightweight division and hope to do that VERY soon. By the summer of 1999, there should be many new lightweights and cruiserweights. *** As son as Thrasher of the Headbangers recovers, look for him and Mosh to join the ranks of ECW. Right now, the WWF has NOTHING planned for them and thought it would be best if they were to ECW. *** Right now, Kidman has been wrestling with NO WCW contract. He is being paid by appearence. The WCW has offered Kidman a contract recently, and since the WWF has no interest in him, look for him to resign! *** Former WCW superstar, Renegade, recently died after commiting suicide. He was very depressed after losing his WCW contract 4 months ago. There is no word yet why exactly he killed himself. We will keep you updated on this situation! *** Look for a possible triple threat hardcore match at WM15 bewtween Al Snow vs. Bob Holly vs. Road Dogg Jesse James! Pay-Per-View Results WCW Super Brawl IX Pre-show Happenings, Booker T. vs. Disco Inferno � The show started off with the mysterious woman (Torrie Wilson) finding out she would be attending Super Brawl IX, courtesy of the man behind the camera. ... A special video was shown of what led up to the Finals of the Tag Team Title Tournament between the teams of Dean Malenko and Chris Benoit and Curt Hennig and Barry Windham. ... Gene Okerlund plugged the WCW Hotline. � Booker T. defeated Disco Inferno with the Harlem Hangover. - Booker T. wanted to work on Disco Inferno before finishing him off with the Missle Dropkick, but it backfired. Disco took the advantage, but Booker later came back with a Harlem Hangover from the top rope for the win. Return Dress Match: Saturn vs. Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio, Jr. and Konnan Interview � Dress Match: Chris Jericho (w/Ralphus) defeated Saturn via Countout. - Ralphus was once again wearing his pink dress, support pantie-holes, and pearl earings. Saturn was wearing a dress as well. Ironically, Scott Dickinson was refereeing the match, after his 30-day suspension for mistreating Saturn. Before the match, Chris Jericho insulted Saturn for wearing a dress, calling him a cross-dresser, an embarassment, idiot, and more. At one point during the match, Saturn had Jericho in the Rings of Saturn in a great position, but Jericho made it to the ropes. Saturn hit Jericho with the Death Valley Driver. Dickinson told Saturn he had the win, but Saturn nailed him with the DVD. Saturn walked out of the ring, saying, "Life's a drag." Saturn could of gotten the dress off of him, but decided to finish off the match the way he did. � Backstage, Rey Mysterio, Jr. and Konnan were interviewed at the Internet broadcast position. They discussed their upcoming Mask vs. Hair match with Kevin Nash and Lex Luger. Kidman vs. Chavo Guerrero, Jr. for the Cruiserweight Title � Kidman defeated Chavo Guerrero, Jr. with the Shooting Star Press, to retain the Cruiserweight Title.,br> - It was announced during the match that as of a result of Rey Mysterio's attack on Lex Luger on the 2/18 Thunder, Luger wouldn't be able to wrestle the match. Kevin Nash had a replacement, but it was unknown at the time. Chavo Guerrero, Jr. put up a tough fight for Kidman, but Kidman (hopefully) settled their differences with his Shooting Star Press.Tag Team Title Tournament Finals: Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko vs. Curt Hennig and Barry Windham � Tag Team Title Tournament Finals: Match 1 - Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko defeated Curt Hennig and Barry Windham, Match 2 - Curt Hennig and Barry Windham defeated Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko, to become the new Tag Team Champions. - Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko had wrestle two matches if they won the first one, since they previously lost one match in the double-elimination Tag Team Title Tournament. Curt Hennig and Barry Windham didn't lose any matches. As a long match continued, Dean Malenko finally put Barry Windham in the Texas Cloverleaf. Curt Hennig almost stopped the submission maneuver, but Chris Benoit held him back. In the second match, which was automatically underway, Windham started to choke Malenko with a belt, while the referee was distracted. Windham then made the pin, to let he and Hennig become the new Tag Team Champions. Mask vs. Hair: Rey Mysterio, Jr. and Konnan vs. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash � Mask vs. Hair: Kevin Nash and Scott Hall (w/Lex Luger and Elizabeth) defeated Rey Mysterio, Jr. and Konnan via Pinfall. - Rey Mysterio's mask and Elizabeth's hair were on the line. Scott Hall was Lex Luger's replacement. Luger hit Konnan, and Rey Mysterio, Jr. was left alone. Mysterio then knocked out Kevin Nash with his kneebrace. Mysterio wanted to make the pin, but the referee was distracted. Scott Hall then nailed Mysterio with the Outsider Edge, and put Nash on top of Mysterio, for the win. Mysterio then was forced to take his mask off, with Konnan undoing the straps. Scott Steiner vs. Diamond Dallas Page for the Television Title and Kimberly � Scott Steiner (w/Buff Bagwell) defeated Diamond Dallas Page by making him submit to the Steiner Recliner, to retain the Television Title and get Kimberly for 30 days. - At one point during the match, Scott Steiner nailed Diamond Dallas Page with a chair, while Buff Bagwell distracted the referee. Steiner tried to remove the turnbuckle pad with boa-cutters, but DDP didn't let him. Steiner surprisingly executed his famous Frankensteiner. He then made a pin, but DDP kicked out. Steiner later put DDP in the Steiner Recliner. DDP didn't tap out, but blacked out. Steiner not only retained the Television Title, but would get DDP's wife, Kimberly, for 30 days. A stretcher was brought down for DDP, and he was hauled out. Bam Bam Bigelow Interview, Roddy Piper vs. Scott Hall for the United States Title � Backstage, Bam Bam Bigelow was interviewed at the Internet broadcast position. Bigelow discussed his upcoming match with Goldberg. � Scott Hall (w/Disco Inferno) defeated Roddy Piper via Pinfall, to become the new United States Champion. - Disco Inferno helped out Scott Hall throughout the match. At one point, Roddy Piper had Hall in the sleeper, but Hall got out. With help from Kevin Nash, Scott Hall took the win, after using the ropes as leverage. In the end, Piper wouldn't give the United States Title to Hall, so he was attacked by The Wolfpac members. Goldberg vs. Bam Bam Bigelow � Goldberg defeated Bam Bam Bigelow with the Jackhammer. - Bam Bam Bigelow was well-prepared for Goldberg, as he put up a tough fight. Goldberg remained victorious, however, after the spear and Jackhammer. Hollywood Hogan vs. Ric Flair for the Heavyweight Title � Hollywood Hogan defeated Ric Flair via Pinfall, to retain the Heavyweight Title. - Ric Flair was busted open during the match that was a pure brawl. The mysterios woman (Torrie Wilson) made her way down to the ringside area. She immediately slapped Ric Flair. A masked man made his way down, and stunned Flair with a taser, which let Hollywood Hogan make the pin. The masked man took his mask off, and revealed himself as Flair's son, David. David started to kiss with Wilson. Tony Schiavone mentioned that Flair had dedicated the match to his family. The rest of The Wolfpac made their ways down to the ring to celebrate, as the show went off the air. << ECW Results Show Starts off with the Dudleys making a statement how They beat the Unstopable Public Enemy.Next they pulled up a HandFull of Money and Talked about how they were gonna destroy New Jack. Instead of the regular Starting,It showed everything lead up to the Dudley P.E.Brawl.Same with New Jack. 1st Match:Yoshiro Tajiri vs Super Crazy Overall a great match.Tajiri with his famous Asai Moonsaults into the crowd were he plants down SuperCrazy.Then After That he pulls off a new Way for The Tarantula.Later In The match Super Crazy got him into the inverted SurfBoard...and Started Rolling with it!Then after he Locked on the Choke were Tajiri Passes out momentairly.Super Then Got him with an Asai Moonsault just as Tajiri Does.Super Then got him with about 5 different types of pins and Tajiri kicked out of everyone like he wasnt hurt.Then Super Went for a Victory roll but Tahairi Countered with a Tree of Woe,He Then used his famous Feet and Gave him a running Missle drop kick to the head.It Seemed that Super Crazy may have had a Concusion.Then When SuperCrazY Missed a Running Clothes Line...He Fell out and Tajiri Jumped over With a Over the back Seton Bomb...and landed Standing Up!Super Crazy Then would hit him with 3 Sucsseful Drop kicks and then a SpringBoard FrogSplash to score the win. Winner:Super Crazy!! Then a Clipping Ran of last week when the "Franchise"Shane Douglas was about to retire.Then out came...Justin Credible and Lance Storm and said they would be the next "Franchise"Then Shane Grabbed the mic"Whatta you all fighting about??The Man i want to run it is....Tommy Dreamer"Then all Chaos Broke out!Francine would wind up getting popped in the mouth with the Singapore Cane.Then They would beat on Shane until Dreamer came in and He gets beat up also.Then the tape ends. 2nd Match:Sabu vs Skull Von Krush....for FTW title. Very Quick match.Skull Von Krush dominated most of the match with Low Blows and Cheap eye rakes.After Krush planted a Elbow he became cocky and went for a Standing Drop kick,But then Sabu would move.Then Sabu started to Beat on him.,Sabu would just punch the heck outta of him.Then Sabu Clotheslined him over he decided he wanted to plant Von Krush thru a table,So he set it up.Then a Fan holding a sign that says"Sabu Fears Taz"Pissed him off.He Then Grabed the Fan,brang the fan over the Railing and started to punch and kick him.Then Sabu would do they unthinkable by Grabbing The Spike He Brings with him and Shoving it in the fans forehead repeaditly.He Then Dropped the fan,OH MY GOD!he then climbed the ropes and put Krush thru a a table witha triple shot LegDrop.He Then Climbed in the ring and got a mic and said..."Taz....TAZ!!!"unbeliavble....Sabu barley even grunts!Then Taz Comes out and a Huge brawl occurs,which sends out the rest of the ECW star's.When they finnaly seperate them...they go at it again.Then after most of the mayhem as stopped Taz and a Bunch of ECW star's are with him going down the entrance way holding him back.But then Sabu Breaks away from the other wrestlers in the ring ands Goes over the Top and a Flipping Seton Bomb on all the star's including Taz.Winner:No One! Then Out Comes Lance Storm.He Starts talking about how Tammy Lynn Bytch left ECW cause of Dreamers Remarks..."Tammy...i wouldnt be laughing either.Your like a carpenters dream....Flat on Both sides and easy to screw"Then Lance actually starts talking about his Bytch!Above.....Its The Jackyal above the ECW banner,He Is the new Manager of Lance Storm....Wait!Its A Fake.Lance annouces Dreamer's old girl as his Manager.....Beluh.But out comes His Bytch looking like her.Dreamer gets so mad he comes out and Attacks Lance!Out comes Jason and Justin,They start to beat him up and Can him.But then out Comes the "The Franchise"Shane Douglas!He Pops Justin in the face with a inside Forearm,Jason still has the cane in the ring.Out Comes Francine and she Spears Jason!Then Francine raises the Triple Threat Sign!So does Shane...the Dreamer!!!The Triple Threat is back!!! I call this story "DON'T TRUST ANYONE!" (2/3) Today at school Laura, and Brittany were in a big fuss with Shantell, Lauren, and I. Shantell told us that Laura, and Brittany were spreding rumors that Lauren liked Houston and that they were getting married. So we were really pi**** at Laura, and Brittany. So when Lauren, and I were eating lunch Brittany, and Laura Sat down at our table along with a few of their friend and filled our table. So they asked us if we were mad at them we didn't answer. So they asked again and Lauren said that she was mad at them then she explaned everything that Shantell told us. So Laura told us that Shantell told them that we had a plan to get back at them which wasn't true. So by that time I had figured out that Shantell was behind it. So I went over to the table Shantell was sitting at (this time i was really P***** of) so I told her that i was mad at heck at her. Then i went back to Lauren, Laura, and Brittany. Later in the day the stupid idiot came and said "I'm sorry" and all i said was "Shut the heck up fool!" I call this story "Forgive Me!"(2/4) Today The Idiot Shantell gave me some money bought me a ice cream and asked for me to for give her but i was giving her the cold shoulder but i took every thing she gave me (I'm not a stupid fool) Then she gave up and started spreading rumors about me which was the worst thing that she could have done I made rumors like Shantell is gay and Shantell and her family live in a Mental Institute so she was the maddest gay girl I every saw so she stop spreading rumors about me but i kept on spreading rumors about her. i call this story "Stupid"(2/26) Today Shantell started lieing again about me so of course I speared the worst rumours about her. So of course she was mad then she asked me if a tornado was coming i lied and said yes and she was stupid enough to believe me. | |||||||||||||||||
